Meditation courses

Taster session

This two hour taster session is designed to give you a really good idea about what meditation and mindfulness are all about.

We will look at the amazing range of benefits that a regular practice has been shown to give and you will experience a taste of meditation and mindfulness techniques through some short practical exercises.

Full course

The full course is designed to help you establish a personal meditation practice. It includes full course notes, a CD of guided meditations and 10-12 hours tuition depending on the course format.
